Good day become good memory
On Nov. 23, I joined Kagoshima International Bus Tour as a volunteer staff member.
The event has been organized by Kagoshima International Citizens Society or KICS for 19 years, and it got over 100 participants this time.
That day, we went to Satsuma-Sendai city, and visited the Iriki-Fumoto samurai village, Imuta Lake, and the Sendai-Sengoku Mura history museum.
Before the one-day mini journey, the volunteer staff in GAiGO were engaged in all process, and prepared some explanation about destinations in English.
Through the whole activity, I think our planning ability and English skill were improved a lot.
Actually, it was my second time to participate in the event, and last year, I could speak few English.
This time, however, I could make a conversation in English naturally, I think.
I guess I would not be able to take part in the event for a while, but I want to join these kinds of activities if an opportunity offers.
